Donna Mac is the founder and president of DMacVoice Communications which was established in 2003. She is recognized as a corporate communications trainer and coach and national keynote speaker.
Donna is a veteran broadcaster who has worked in radio for more than 25 years. She has been on stations in Boston and Providence as a news anchor, personality, interviewer, voiceover artist and mistress of ceremonies.
Today, she spends much of her time helping individuals and companies grow and prosper by maximizing the power of communications. Her programs lead people at every level to develop and maintain professional and authentic communication skills – from executive presence to employee engagement to speaking live and on camera.
Among Donna’s accomplishments: She is member of the Massachusetts workforce development team, has trained Rhode Island College’s corporate clients and is a guest host on Rhode Island’s National Public Radio.

In addition to her work, Donna is an avid runner, skier, gardener and the very proud mom of two millennial daughters who have the great ability to Maximize Their POWER to Communicate.
