Donna Mac is the founder and president of DMacVoice Communications and Inspiring Voice.com. She is a corporate communications trainer who maximizes the potential of the workforce through effective communication and collaboration skills. She’s also a national keynote speaker and personal communications coach.
Donna is a pioneering female broadcaster who worked in radio for more than 25 years. She was featured on stations in Boston (Magic 106.7) and Providence (Lite 105 FM) as a news anchor, personality, interviewer, voiceover artist and emcee. She also produced and hosted the Vital Women Interviews for Clear Channel Communications from 2003-2009.
Today, Donna develops professionals who need to fortify their confidence and ability to speak so they can become more recognized, respected and influential in business and life. Donna’s mission includes guiding professionals toward communicating with approachability, influence and resilience, for greater well-being and the ability to prosper.
Among Donna’s accomplishments: She is member of the Massachusetts Workforce Development team, a frequent speaker at Emerson College in Boston, MA, The University of RI and is a consistent student of communicating mindfully. Donna is also the author of Guide To A RICHER LIFE–Know Your Worth, Find Your Voice & Speak Your Mind (2016), The Appreciation, #YayMe Journal (2017) and The Six Pillars of Effective Communication (audio, 2014).
In addition to her work, Donna is an avid runner, skier, gardener and the very proud mom of two millennial daughters who have the great ability to Maximize Their POWER to Communicate.
